Profile PicturePeter Nitsch

I’m Peter Nitsch, a German lens-based artist. I once pushed creativity to the edge — posting nonstop, chasing likes, burning out. Every idea felt recycled. So I stopped chasing inspiration — and started growing it. That’s how VISUAL THINKING SEEDS were born: small mental triggers to gently reset your mind and help your Own Intelligence (O.I.) flow again. Science shows that when you step away or do something different, your brain’s default mode network activates — a process called the “incubation effect,” proven to boost insight, imagination, and original thinking in journals like Creativity Research Journal, Psychological Science, and Frontiers in Psychology. Use them when you feel stuck or uninspired. Step away, shift focus — and let creativity find its way back to you.

VISUAL THINKING SEEDS. Get unstuck — one seed, one spark, one shift at a time.
